New patients can complete their intake forms through our secure Jane app before arriving, though paper forms are always available for those who prefer them. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and examination of the affected areas. If you’re using insurance coverage, bring your policy information and any relevant claim numbers. For ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims, we only need your claim number—we’ll handle all other paperwork directly.

For those using insurance, we direct bill to numerous providers whenever possible. We accept various payment methods including cash, Visa, and MasterCard for your convenience. Special coverage situations—like completely covered ICBC claims for auto accidents or WorkSafeBC for workplace injuries—are clearly explained so you understand your benefits fully.
