Nina graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College in 2018. She enjoys learning and challenging herself.

In her treatment modalities she provides various techniques such as Swedish and petrissage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization and PNF stretching. She does so while working within her patient’s pain tolerance to help deliver an effective treatment.
Her main priority is to help patients understand what is going on with their bodies through assessment and to encourage home care activities to regain optimal function and living pain free.
